I was a newborn baby the day of Aunt Ellen & Uncle Peters wedding - 23rd September 1961, the story told was that after the wedding all the family arrived back to the family home of my grandparents Joe & Ellen King, 74 Jubits Lane. I was upstairs sleeping after a feed and as the wedding party arrived back Aunt Ellen went upstairs, kicked off her shoes, threw her wedding dress & train over the bed and sat down for a restful break. Downstairs Aunty Beryl King asked where the "New Baby" was, and ran upstairs to see me...upon asking where I was all there suddenly realised I was on the bed somewhere under the wedding dress!!! - sleeping peacefully, oblivious to what was going on....
